Oak Extension Built On a Historic Listed Building

Listed & Historic Buildings

Each Listed, conservation or historic building must be treated according to its individual needs. Typically this type of project will be overseen by conservation officers, and in some cases a specialist heritage architect.

Often the remit for this type of project is relatively narrow, in that, the new structure needs to complement the original building; throughout this type of build, communication is critical. As such, we liaise directly with your Architect and/or Conservation Officer.
